Lawlessness in Lahore

An extremely worrisome piece was carried in the Daily Times today about the increasing lawlessness in Lahore – the prime culprit being the inefficacy of the law enforcement agencies. The growing trends towards increased consumption of alcohol and drugs is troubling as well.
